A good next owner for the company you built.

Crandon Growth acquires and operates one U.S. company that organizes travel, lodging, and events for institutions. We're looking for an established business whose owner is ready for the next chapter.

About

One company, run by the person who buys it.

Selling a business you spent decades building is a personal decision. Your clients trust you, your team depends on you, and you want to know who comes next.

Crandon Growth is a search fund: a way for one operator, backed by investors, to buy a single company and run it full time. There is no portfolio and no outside management team. The person you talk to is the person who moves to your community and takes over the day-to-day work.

Your team

The people who carry your client relationships are why the business works. We want them to stay and grow with the company.

Your clients

The first months are for listening: meeting your largest clients and suppliers in person and keeping the business on its normal course.

Your name

What you built continues under an owner who understands the industry, and who shows up every day.

What we look for

Travel for institutions

Sports and tournament housing, event housing, and educational, faith-based, and alumni travel. Related group travel businesses are welcome too.

Established businesses

Privately held U.S. companies with a record of steady profits and clients who come back year after year.

A team worth keeping

Experienced people who know the clients and suppliers, and want to stay through the transition and beyond.

Anywhere in the U.S.

Our outreach centers on the East and central hubs, but a great company anywhere is worth a call. We will move to wherever it is.

Process

What to expect

1

A private conversation

It starts with a phone call about your business and what you want for it. It stays confidential and commits you to nothing.

2

A straightforward review

If there's mutual interest, we look at the financials and operations together under a confidentiality agreement. If it isn't a fit, we'll tell you plainly.

3

A careful handoff

We agree on a transition that works for you, so employees, clients, and suppliers see continuity from the first day.
